Salmon and Zucchini Soup


(Ready in about 2 hours | Servings 6)


Ingredients :
One salmon fillet
Two cloves garlic, minced
One onion, sliced
1 cup spinach
One teaspoon ginger, peeled and minced
1/4 cup tamari  
Three zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
Fresh chopped chives, for garnish




Directions :
1. Place salmon fillet in a slow cooker. Cover with water and slow cook on high for about 1 hour.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients — Cook for about 45 minutes more.
3. Ladle salmon soup into bowls and garnish with fresh chopped chives!
